This Privacy Policy explains how STRATEGIZEX LTD (“Archer”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office at Suite G04, 1 Quality Court, Chancery Lane, London, England, WC2A 1HR, United Kingdom, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the Archer platform (the “Service”). For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (together, “UK GDPR”) — and the EU General Data Protection Regulation where it applies to individuals in the European Economic Area — we are the data controller for the personal data described here. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to being transparent about how your data is handled.
1.Data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data — your first and last name, email address, and password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form by our authentication provider).
- Your Content — the business ideas, answers, hypotheses, documents, and messages you submit to the Service, including to the AI assistant.
- Subscription and billing data — your plan and payment status. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
- Usage and technical data — such as pages viewed, features used, approximate device/browser information, and log data, used to operate and secure the Service.
2.How we use your data, and our legal bases

Where we rely on consent (for example, for any non-essential cookies or marketing), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
3.Artificial-intelligence and search providers
To generate your evaluation, roadmap, and assistant responses, the text you submit is transmitted to our AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API), for processing. Short keywords derived from your idea are also sent to our search provider, Tavily, to retrieve real-time market and competitor information.
These providers process your input to return a result to us. We instruct our providers not to train their models on your data through the business/commercial arrangements applicable to their APIs. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or confidential third-party information you are not permitted to share.
4.Who we share data with (sub-processors)
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the Service:

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Archer and its users.
5.International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (or the UK Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses), and the Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA data — to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
6.How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims. Backups are retained for a limited period and then overwritten.
7.Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at menelle@strategize-x.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — for example, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom.
8.Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and use of reputable infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in). Where we use any non-essential cookies (for example, analytics), we will request your consent and give you a way to manage your preferences. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
10.Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or through the Service) and update the “Last updated” date above.
